The Moral Police

According to certain Jason Bournes of our country the Indian Police department is the most ineffective and impotent organization of the world. It is because it can’t catch perverts having no criminal records in a metropolitan city within few hours, it can't save a girl when she is raped by her own trusted friends. Nor it can do anything to protect a woman from her own family and in laws. It also can't prevent anyone from getting murdered in his own house or getting injured in a road accident. Also even if it catches the criminals it takes ages for the judiciary to punish them (Police is responsible for this).
Also the police can't counter armed terrorists with their 303 used at the time of First World War. Nor it can arrest leaders who initiate riots and have millions of followers plus political asylum of the same govt for which they are working. Neither can it remain polite in a socially irresponsible society. Also it can’t provide personal security to every individual of the nation.  And most important thing it does not has a minority report department to keep an eye on crime happening in future and prevent them from happening. Also these idlers have working hours of only 24 hours a day and seven days a week, it must be increased.  LoL See how pathetic is our police department.
And it is not only our fundamental duty but moral responsibility to ask “What was police doing” whenever any such act of violence is executed in the country after all everyone has a very clear idea about what others should do in their  life.

Putin and Syria

Hail to the Russian President Vladimir Putin for forcing the Imperialistic forces of US to leave Syria at peace. And thus sending a very strong message to US and its allies whose growing power had become unchallenged since the end of cold war that their days of ruining any nation at their will are numbered. Seems like the glorious days of Russian supremacy are not far ahead. Thanks to Putin for taking a stand against injustice levied upon the innocent masses of Syria and saving them from genocide at the hands of Imperialist powers. No doubt he is one of the greatest leaders of the modern times a ' He Man' as his admirers call him. A real life 'Super Hero' who helped his nation to overcome from crises generated from the the disintegration of USSR and regain its former lost glory.

Extermination of left

In recent news journalist Prashant Rahi arrested in Deori for showing sympathy with Naxals, JNU student Hem Mishra arrested for Naxal links and a DU professor G.N. Saibaba’s house raided for the same reasons. Yesterday four prominent Maoist leaders arrested from Dumari Bajju village in Bihar and most impressive thirteen Maoists killed in an encounter in Salaikota Reserve Orissa (Lol looks like someone’s days are numbered  just kidding). Seems like the Govt is going down on this Reds with heavy hands and yes their Operation Green Hunt is really effective. Or it may be Imperialistic powers are wishing to start some Narmada Valley type project God knows.
But admit it these moves of exterminating the reds are far more effective than the development projects in these areas such as providing schools, hospitals, social security or rehabilitation as promised when these aboriginals were deprived of their villages due to various development schemes like Sardar Sarovar Dam or establishment of mining plants. See we have millions to spend on Operation Green Hunt to suppress the voice of poor but not for their upliftment.
This class struggle will not end because we are curing the affects not the disease. Arrest of Hem Mishra and Prashant Rahi puts a big question mark on one’s right of choosing his political beliefs. Seems like right or centre is OK but tilting towards left makes one anti national. What kind of Govt does that ‘Fascist’ or the ore run by banks and corporations?

16th Dec Delhi Rape

16th Dec Delhi rape case verdict announced this afternoon and the court decided to kill people who kill people to tell people that killing is wrong. The brutality of the crime makes it rarest of the rare and thus justifies the verdict and it will not be wrong to say that justice was neither delayed nor denied. It was ridiculous to hear defense lawyer A P Singh’s remark that he would not appeal in high court only if no rape occurs in Delhi for next two months and hanging the convicts will not help in lowering the crime rate against women. I and everyone knows that this verdict or any other verdict cannot lower rate of any kind of crime , so should the court deny the convicts of the deserved punishment because hanging them will not help in lowering the rape stats? I don’t think the session court is responsible for sending public messages/awareness but it’s just a judiciary body which examines the case and gives judgement accordingly and this is what it had done this case also. Forget about its impact on society, don’t these people deserve the capital punishment considering the severity of crime? And please before blaming that ‘India’ is unsafe for women or every man is a potential rapist or social outlook is responsible for rapes have a good look of your surrounding width your own eyes and do not go accept these remarks because some news channel is telling us to believe so !!

The political syndicate

Personally I believe that whatever party runs the govt works for same set of bourgeois and has a common motive of generating capital gain by taking political control i.e. what people call a multiparty system I call it a political syndicate. But keeping in mind the ‘n’ number of riots and killings conducted in past one and a half year in the state I must say at least people were alive to blame govt of being corrupt and controlled by corporations before that

Syrian Crises

Now US wants to bomb Syria because Syrians are killing Syrians. The same old strategy of initiating civil war in a nation with the help of opposition an terrorist and declaring the govt unconstitutional and suppressive. Until the terrorists disguised as rebels were conducting killing it was called uprising but when govt retaliated the move was termed inhumane! Now the imperialists are going to destroy Syria to restore democracy. Did 'Agent Orange' skipped from their mind when they accused Syrian govt of using chemical weapons against those terrorists. Its is ridiculous to see they belong to other countries lyk Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt and call them Syrian rebel. What right does these imperialist nations have to restore democracy across the globe when they themselves are being run by Bankers and corporations. John D Rockefeller the founding member of FED himself said give me the control over the money supply and I don't care who makes the law.
Or it is not a war for restoring democracy but filling the pockets of these Bankers, Arms cartels and Construction firms. War is a business and an economy fueled by war will never let the world to be at peace. The era of colonization is over but imperial powers still exist. They exist in the form of corporations these Rockefellers, Rothschilds, J P Morgan, Walmart and Gates. They are the new nations and controlling the money supply, media, social trends and even our living and thinking! For long lasting peace, human development and substantial growth these imperialist corporate monsters and idea of capitalism must be eliminated from the face of earth. When the whole world will belong to the people Monsters of all kind shall be dead !

Howard Beale

·         I don't have to tell you things are bad. Everybody knows things are bad. It's a depression. Everybody's out of work or scared of losing their job. The dollar buys a nickel's worth. Banks are going bust. Shopkeepers keep a gun under the counter. Punks are running wild in the street and there's nobody anywhere who seems to know what to do, and there's no end to it. We know the air is unfit to breathe and our food is unfit to eat, and we sit watching our TVs while some local newscaster tells us that today we had fifteen homicides and sixty-three violent crimes, as if that's the way it's supposed to be.
We know things are bad — worse than bad. They're crazy. It's like everything everywhere is going crazy, so we don't go out anymore.
We sit in the house, and slowly the world we are living in is getting smaller, and all we say is: 'Please, at least leave us alone in our living rooms. Let me have my toaster and my TV and my steel-belted radials and I won't say anything. Just leave us alone.'
Well, I'm not gonna leave you alone. I want you to get MAD!
I don't want you to protest. I don't want you to riot — I don't want you to write to your congressman, because I wouldn't know what to tell you to write. I don't know what to do about the depression and the inflation and the Russians and the crime in the street. All I know is that first you've got to get mad. [shouting]You've got to say: 'I'm a human being, god-dammit! My life has value!'
So, I want you to get up now. I want all of you to get up out of your chairs. I want you to get up right now and go to the window. Open it, and stick your head out, and yell:
I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!
I want you to get up right now. Sit up. Go to your windows. Open them and stick your head out and yell - 'I'm as mad as hell and I'm not gonna take this anymore!'
Things have got to change. But first, you've gotta get mad!...You've got to say, I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE! Then we'll figure out what to do about the depression and the inflation and the oil crisis. But first, get up out of your chairs, open the window, stick your head out, and yell, and say it: I'M AS MAD AS HELL, AND I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE!
·         "I'm as mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore!" is ranked #19 in the American Film Institute's list of the top 100 movie quotations in American cinema.
·         Edward George Ruddy died today! Edward George Ruddy was the Chairman of the Board of the Union Broadcasting Systems and he died at eleven o'clock this morning of a heart condition! And woe is us! We're in a lot of trouble! So, a rich little man with white hair died. What does that got to do with the price of rice, right? And why is that woe to us? Because you people and sixty-two million other Americans are listening to me right now. Because less than three percent of you people read books. Because less than fifteen percent of you read newspapers. Because the only truth you know is what you get over this tube. Right now, there is a whole, an entire generation that never knew anything that didn't come out of this tube. This tube is the Gospel. The ultimate revelation! This tube can make or break Presidents, Popes, Prime Ministers. This tube is the most awesome, god-damn force in the whole godless world. And woe is us if it ever falls into the hands of the wrong people. And that's why woe is us that Edward George Ruddy died.
Because this company is now in the hands of CCA, the Communication Corporation of America. There's a new chairman of the board, a man called Frank Hackett sitting in Mr. Ruddy's office on the 20th floor.
And when the twelfth largest company in the world controls the most awesome, god-damn propaganda force in the whole godless world, who knows what shit will be peddled for truth on this network.
·         So, you listen to me. Listen to me! Television is not the truth. Television's a god-damned amusement park. Television is a circus, a carnival, a traveling troupe of acrobats, storytellers, dancers, singers, jugglers, sideshow freaks, lion tamers, and football players. We're in the boredom-killing business. So if you want the Truth, go to God! Go to your gurus. Go to yourselves! Because that's the only place you're ever gonna find any real truth. But, man, you're never gonna get any truth from us. We'll tell you anything you wanna hear. We lie like hell. We'll tell you that, uh, Kojak always gets the killer and that nobody ever gets cancer at Archie Bunker's house. And no matter how much trouble the hero is in, don't worry. Just look at your watch. At the end of the hour, he's gonna win. We'll tell you any shit you want to hear.
We deal in illusions, man.
None of it is true! But you people sit there day after day, night after night, all ages, colors, creeds. We're all you know. You're beginning to believe the illusions we're spinning here. You're beginning to think that the tube is reality and that your own lives are unreal. You do whatever the tube tells you. You dress like the tube, you eat like the tube, you raise your children like the tube. You even think like the tube. This is mass madness. You maniacs. In God's name, you people are the real thing. We are the illusion. So turn off your television sets. Turn them off now. Turn them off right now. Turn them off and leave them off. Turn them off right in the middle of this sentence I am speaking to you now. Turn them off!.
·         Last night I got up here and asked you people to stand up and fight for your heritage, and you did, and it was beautiful. Six million telegrams were received at the White House. The Arab takeover of CCA has been stopped. The people spoke, the people won. It was a radiant eruption of democracy. But I think that was it, fellas. That sort of thing is not likely to happen again. Because at the bottom of all our terrified souls, we know that democracy is a dying giant, a sick, sick dying, decaying political concept, writhing in its final pain. I don't mean that the United States is finished as a world power. The United States is the richest, the most powerful, the most advanced country in the world, light-years ahead of any other country. And I don't mean the Communists are gonna take over the world, because the Communists are deader than we are.
What is finished is the idea that this great country is dedicated to the freedom and flourishing of every individual in it.
It's the individual that's finished. It's the single, solitary human being that's finished. It's every single one of you out there that's finished. Because this is no longer a nation of independent individuals. It's a nation of some two hundred odd million transistorized, deodorized, whiter-than-white, steel-belted bodies, totally unnecessary as human beings and as replaceable as piston rods.
Well, the time has come to say is 'dehumanization' such a bad word?' Whether it's good or bad, that's what is so. The whole world is becoming humanoid, creatures that look human but aren't. The whole world, not just us. We're just the most advanced country, so we're getting there first.
The whole world's people are becoming mass-produced, programmed, numbered, insensate things.
Diana Christiansen
·         I was married for four years, and pretended to be happy; and I had six years of analysis, and pretended to be sane. My husband ran off with his boyfriend, and I had an affair with my analyst, who told me I was the worst lay he'd ever had. I can't tell you how many men have told me what a lousy lay I am. I apparently have a masculine temperament. I arouse quickly, consummate prematurely, and can't wait to get my clothes back on and get out of that bedroom. I seem to be inept at everything except my work. I'm goddamn good at my work and so I confine myself to that. All I want out of life is a 30 share and a 20 rating.
Narrator
·         This was the story of Howard Beale: The first known instance of a man who was killed because he had lousy ratings.
Dialogu
Howard Beale: I'm gonna blow my brains out right on the air, right in the middle of the seven o'clock news.
Max Schumacher: Well, you'll get a hell of a rating, I'll tell you that. A 50 share, at least. We could make a series of it. "Suicide of the Week." Aw, hell, why limit ourselves? "Execution of the Week."
Howard Beale: "Terrorist of the Week."
Max Schumacher: I love it. Suicides, assassinations, mad bombers, Mafia hitmen, automobile smash-ups: "The Death Hour." A great Sunday night show for the whole family. It'd wipe that fuckin' Disney right off the air.

Howard Beale: [on the air] Good evening. Today is Wednesday, September the 24th, and this is my last broadcast. Yesterday I announced on this program that I was going to commit public suicide, admittedly an act of madness. Well, I'll tell you what happened: I just ran out of bullshit. I just ran out of bullshit.
Harry Hunter: [picks up ringing phone in editing room] Mr. Schumacher's right here, do you want to talk to him?
Howard Beale: Am I still on the air? I really don't know any other way to say it other than I just ran out of bullshit. Bullshit is all the reasons we give for living. And if we can't think up any reasons of our own, we always have the God bullshit.
Max Schumacher: [on the phone] Yeah, Tom, what is it?
Howard Beale: We don't know why we go through all this pointless pain, humiliation, and decay. So there better be someone somewhere who does know. That's the God bullshit.
Max Schumacher: He's saying that life is bullshit, and it is, so what are you screaming about?
[hangs up]
Howard Beale: And then there's the noble man bullshit. That man is a noble creature that can order his own world who needs God? Well, if there's anybody out there that can look around this demented slaughterhouse of a world we live in and tell me that man is a noble creature, believe me: That man is full of bullshit. I don't have anything going for me. I haven't got any kids. And I was married for 33 years of shrill, shrieking fraud. So I don't have any bullshit left. I just ran out of it, you see.

Diana Christensen: I think we can get a hell of a movie of the week out of it, maybe even a series...Look, we've got a bunch of hobgoblin radicals called the Ecumenical Liberation Army who go around taking home movies of themselves robbing banks. Maybe they'll take movies of themselves kidnapping heiresses, hijacking 747's, bombing bridges, assassinating ambassadors. We'd open each week's segment with their authentic footage, hire a couple of writers to write some story behind that footage, and we've got ourselves a series.
George Bosch: A series about a bunch of, uh, bank-robbing guerrillas?
Barbara Schlesinger:What are we gonna call it - the Mao Tse-Tung Hour?
Diana Christensen: Why not? They've got 'Strike Force', 'Task Force', 'SWAT'. Why not Che Guevara and his own little 'Mod Squad'. Look, I sent you all a concept analysis report yesterday. Did any of you read it? Well, in a nutshell, it said, 'The American people are turning sullen. They've been clobbered on all sides by Vietnam, Watergate, the inflation, the depression. They've turned off, shot up, and they've fucked themselves limp and nothing helps.' So this concept analysis report concludes, 'The American people want somebody to articulate their rage for them.' I've been telling you people since I took this job six months ago that I want angry shows. I don't want conventional programming on this network. I want counter-culture. I want anti-establishment. [She shuts the door] I don't want to play butch boss with you people. But when I took over this department, it had the worst programming record in television history. This network hasn't one show in the top 20. This network is an industry joke. We better start putting together one winner for next September. I want a show developed, based on the activities of a terrorist group. 'Joseph Stalin and his Merry Band of Bolsheviks.' I want ideas from you people. That is what you're paid for. And, by the way, the next time I send an audience research report around, you'd all better read it or I'll sack the fucking lot of you, is that clear?

Nelson Chaney: All I know is that this violates every canon of respectable broadcasting.
Frank Hackett: We're not a respectable network. We're a whorehouse network, and we have to take whatever we can get.
Nelson Chaney: Well, I don't want any part of it. I don't fancy myself the president of a whorehouse.
Frank Hackett: That's very commendable of you, Nelson. Now sit down. Your indignation is duly noted; you can always resign tomorrow.

Louise: Then get out. Go anywhere you want. Go to a hotel, go live with her, but don't come back! Because, after 25 years of building a home and raising a family and all the senseless pain that we have inflicted on each other, I'm damned if I'm gonna stand here and have you tell me you're in love with somebody else! Because this isn't a convention weekend with your secretary, is it? Or -- or some broad that you picked up after three belts of booze. This is your great winter romance, isn't it? Your last roar of passion before you settle into your emeritus years. Is that what's left for me? Is that my share? She gets the winter passion, and I get the dotage? What am I supposed to do? Am I supposed to sit at home knitting and purling while you slink back like some penitent drunk? I'm your wife, damn it! And if you can't work up a winter passion for me, the least I require is respect and allegiance! [sobbing] I hurt! Don't you understand that? I hurt badly! Does she love you, Max?
Max Schumacher: [about Diana] I'm not sure she's capable of any real feelings. She's television generation. She learned life from Bugs Bunny. The only reality she knows comes to her from over the TV set. She has very carefully devised a number of scenarios for all of us to play, like a Movie of the Week. And, my God, look at us, Louise. Here we are going through the obligatory middle-of-act-two 'scorned wife throws peccant husband out' scene. But don't worry, I'll come back to you in the end.

Arthur Jensen: You have meddled with the primal forces of nature, Mr. Beale, and I won't have it! Is that clear?! Do you think you've merely stopped a business deal? That is not the case. The Arabs have taken billions of dollars out of this country, and now they must put it back! It is ebb and flow, tidal gravity! It is ecological balance! You are an old man who thinks in terms of nations and peoples. There are no nations. There are no peoples. There are no Russians. There are no Arabs. There are no third worlds. There is no West. There is only one holistic system of systems, one vast and immane, interwoven, interacting, multi-variate, multi-national dominion of dollars. Petro-dollars, electro-dollars, multi-dollars, reichmarks, rins, rubles, pounds, and shekels. It is the international system of currency which determines the totality of life on this planet. That is the natural order of things today. That is the atomic and sub-atomic and galactic structure of things today! And you have meddled with the primal forces of nature, and You Will Atone!
Am I getting through to you, Mr. Beale? You get up on your little twenty-one inch screen and howl about America and democracy. There is no America. There is no democracy. There is only IBM and ITT and AT&T and DuPont, Dow, Union Carbide, and Exxon. Those are the nations of the world today. What do you think the Russians talk about in their councils of state - Karl Marx? They get out their linear programming charts, statistical decision theories, minimax solutions, and compute the price-cost probabilities of their transactions and investments, just like we do. We no longer live in a world of nations and ideologies, Mr. Beale. The world is a college of corporations, inexorably determined by the immutable by-laws of business. The world is a business, Mr. Beale; it has been since man crawled out of the slime. Our children will live, Mr. Beale, to see that perfect world in which there's no war or famine, oppression or brutality - one vast and ecumenical holding company, for whom all men will work to serve a common profit, in which all men will hold a share of stock - all necessities provided, all anxieties tranquilized, all boredom amused. And I have chosen you, Mr. Beale, to preach this evangel.
Howard Beale: Why me?
Arthur Jensen: Because you're on television, dummy. Sixty million people watch you every night of the week, Monday through Friday.
Howard Beale: I have seen the face of God.
Arthur Jensen: You just might be right, Mr. Beale.

Max Schumacher: And I'm tired of finding you on the god-damn telephone every time I turn around. I'm tired of being an accessory in your life! And I'm tired of pretending to write this dumb book about my maverick days in the great early years of television. Every god-damned executive fired from a network in the last twenty years has written this dumb book about the great early years of television. And nobody wants a dumb, damn, god-damn book about the great years of television...After living with you for six months, I'm turning into one of your scripts. Well, this is not a script, Diana. There's some real actual life going on here. I went to visit my wife today because she's in a state of depression, so depressed that my daughter flew all the way from Seattle to be with her. And I feel lousy about that. I feel lousy about the pain that I've caused my wife and my kids. I feel guilty and conscience-stricken and all of those things that you think sentimental, but which my generation called simple human decency. And I miss my home because I'm beginning to get scared shitless. Because all of a sudden, it's closer to the end than it is to the beginning, and death is suddenly a perceptible thing to me - with definable features. You're dealing with a man that has primal doubts, Diana, and you've got to cope with it. I'm not some guy discussing male menopause on the 'Barbara Walters Show'. I'm the man that you presumably love. I'm part of your life. I live here. I'm real. You can't switch to another station...I just want you to love me. I just want you to love me, primal doubts and all. You understand that, don't you?
Diana Christensen: I don't know how to do that.
Max Schumacher: You need me. You need me badly. Because I'm your last contact with human reality. I love you. And that painful, decaying love is the only thing between you and the shrieking nothingness you live the rest of the day.
Diana Christensen: [hesitatingly] Then, don't leave me.
Max Schumacher: It's too late, Diana. There's nothing left in you that I can live with. You're one of Howard's humanoids. If I stay with you, I'll be destroyed. Like Howard Beale was destroyed. Like Laureen Hobbs was destroyed. Like everything you and the institution of television touch is destroyed. You're television incarnate, Diana: Indifferent to suffering; insensitive to joy. All of life is reduced to the common rubble of banality. War, murder, death are all the same to you as bottles of beer. And the daily business of life is a corrupt comedy. You even shatter the sensations of time and space into split seconds and instant replays. You're madness, Diana. Virulent madness. And everything you touch dies with you. But not me. Not as long as I can feel pleasure, and pain... and love.
[Kisses her]
Max Schumacher: And it's a happy ending: Wayward husband comes to his senses, returns to his wife, with whom he has established a long and sustaining love. Heartless young woman left alone in her arctic desolation. Music up with a swell; final commercial. And here are a few scenes from next week's show.

Food security and morality of people

The food security bill was passed and everyone is yelling that it will bankrupt the nation. Well the nation is made up of people lyk u an I and most of them live below poverty line. I can't tell the exact %age as it varies 4m 27 to 53 acc to sources lyk govt or UN. But this fact is well known that India is a starving nation with with highest population of underweight children and starving population, 10k infants dying every day due to malnutretion. Isn't it a ray of hope 4 the starving population. Are we people so low that they can object on poors being fed but absolutely indeffirent when millions are spend on world cup, IPL and commenwelth games ? Why are we so passionate about the world cup and not about the world? Whats wrong in these poor getting meal at subsidised rate. Some people say its a step taken by govt keeping the general elections in mind but isn't the bottom line benificial 4 people living below poverty line. Even liberation of Goa, nuclear tests of 98 and keeping the Ram Mandir issue burning are politically motivated steps! And we didn't got bankrupt by fighting 4 wars or in 92 then y now? And people who say devaluation of rupee is soly responsibility of govt should know we are also 2 b blamed. We use foreign brands, watch hollwood films, drink coke, eat in MacD and pizza hut, shop in malls and blame govt 4 devaluation of rupee. Don't we share some blame 4 this state of currency.
It is really painful to see people with such lack of empathy and compassion. Instead of seeing this bill as a silver lining for the starving population of India we are discussing politics and bankruptcy of nation! Doesn't these comments shoe moral bankruptcy of the nation? Where are those people who once believed that if even one man in this world is hungry we shall plough the whole earth to feed the last hungry mouth? Such attitude towards this bill is really shameful.

Mutual Handshake

The UP govt has decided to ban VHP's proposed 84-Kosi yatra as it may cause law and order problem. This decision resulted into endless political debate which we are not going to discuss. What is being projected is that VHP leaders are undertaking this yatra (which was originally done by sages who have nothing to do with material world) to gather support for Ram Mandir but since it may cause a communal outrage as they were the one who demolished the Babari Masjid the UP govt is against this idea. Hence the state govt wants to avoid any communal tension because of its secular nature. But you know around eight decades ago the dictator of Germany Fourier Adolf Hitler said “the common masses are too innocent to see the mutual handshake between two people who are publically declared as enemies .” So if we see this event keeping in mind the fest of democracy it just seems like BJP strengthening its hindu vote bank in the name of taking pain of 84 kosi yatra for Ram Mandir and SP strengthening its minority vote bank in the name of keeping communal forces out if the state. Didn’t u got the smell of sulphur? We are not living in a system where different political parties with very different ideologies contest with one another to take control of the govt but in a mechanism where political parties belong to a single class system which is motivated by the ideal of making profit and working for the interest of the 1% most powerful and richest bourgeois of the nation!!!

Is corruption helpful??

Visited RTO office to give application 4 DL. I found the sloath of office quiet benificial 4 mediators/ brokers, officials and applicants. I saw thirty to fourty mediators earning their living by helping U to get yr DL. All U have to do is submit yr photo, sign and thumb print and the mediators will make sure u get yr DL. The will submit yr fee and get yr form attested. Isn't it fine that mediators earning livelihood , officeals getting their shares, office free from being crowded and applicants saving time by paying little extra ? Everyone is happy. Don't u think if the office starts working properly these mediators will loose their source of income? One of them said even 4 arranging marriage u need some middle men.
And i think driving skill is more important than driving liscence for using a vehicle. A DL nothing more than just an ID which can help u to get more IDs! And is police going to jail us 4 not having a DL ?

Idependence Day

Sixty six years ago on this very same day on the stroke of might night hour we had a tryst with destiny by gaining Independence. When the world slept India awoke into new life and freedom. We gained freedom on an inauspicious day as declared by astrologers. The India our leaders had to run was sick, hungry, riot hit and fragile its individual population of beggars, handicapped and lepers were as large as any European nation. We had a literacy rate of just thirteen percent with extremes of wealth and poverty, rain and droughts, crops and famines. We had just two hundred crores in treasury plus inherited dept of war fought by Britain and a rival nation on eastern and western fronts. This is from where we started and now sixty six years later we are one of the largest and fastest growing economies, second most populous country with a high happiness index, we are a nuclear superpower with third largest standing army, we have developed homemade satellites and rockets and have even sent mission to moon. Is there any other third world nation which has shown such rapid growth? We speak twenty five languages, fifteen hundred dialects follow eight religion, have 75% of the world’s biodiversity but we still we not only grow but flourish together. We move together as one India as we are bound by ideals of nationalism and brotherhood. There were people who said Indians are unfit to rule themselves or it would be a miracle if India can remain a single entity for even twenty years. Sixty six years later those racists and cold warriors are memory but we remain as unity. Lets celebrate this spirit of one India Long live the republic-
‘HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY’
(and pls its my request don’t throw those plastic tricolor flags on roads after the celebration is over )

LPG

Congress and other parties stated that they not a public authority and hence they do not come under RTI. See these parties have taken the LPG policy to a whole new level with privitasion of politics!

Drawingroom Outrage

Pakistan army violated the cease fire and attacked Indian army posts in which our five jawans lost their life. For this very sad and unfortunate event everyone has found an agenda for politics and directing the mindset of masses towards war. Baba Ramdev said for five Indian soldiers we must kill fifty of Pak army. One great nationalist suggested that we must hold the water of Indus which will lead to killing of five million Pakistanis. Some of them are calling the govt impotent as it is not able to pressurize Pak govt to keep a check on its army. Everyone wants retaliation and revenge and is blaming govt for not taking necessary steps. Actually I don’t understand what necessary steps they want govt to take. Don’t they realize cutting ties with Pak will lead to further tension an war like situation. Isn’t the govt doing right by trying to solve the problem in a peaceful way? And those insane who want war with Pakistan and destroy it completely just ask them what role they will play in the war do they even have the stomach to hold a gun and defend their homes during war? And don’t they realize it’s the common man who suffers the burden of war not those who declare it! For how long our thoughts will be controlled by the opinions of media and politicians? Destruction will be the ultimate cost of war. The only winners in war are the arms cartels and construction firms. Are we living in a fascist state with feeling of extreme nationalism which was the cause of first and Second World Wars. And why should thousands of our fellow brothers in army and civilians should pay the price of war with blood for ego of politicians and leaders who think men join army to die when govt can solve this problem peacefully through talks? And we all know victories of peace are more lasting than those of war. Don’t u think people living across the border are just like us made up of flesh and bones and believe in peace just like we do. We were once the part of the great Hindustan and we have more in common as people than there is anything common between us and our govt or them and their govt but as regarding to the govt of India and Pak or any other govt they are more or less the same!!!

FB campaign

These days we find social media flooded with posts and slogans supporting Modi. Even BJP has also started facebook campaign to attract youths. Ever wondered that the educated youths whose social lyf is so limited that they have to use virtual world to become social will actually take the pain to go out and vote during general elections or celebrate that day as just another public holiday ! Specially when most of us declare on our profile 'not intrested in politics' .

Idiot Box

Watched tv after a long time only to find out that Bournvita is preserving the calcium in milk since 2013 a very shocking thing as mankind was living under a misconception for almost five thousand years that milk fulfils the requirement of calcium in human body (as without bournvita calcium of milk gets wasted). And another important thing that I came across is that every “DOG” deserves the “BEST NUTRITION”. I think thats why TV is called the “idiot box”!

A Murderer and a Saint

The highest form of ignorance is when we hate sth we do not understand. On social media I find many pages flooded with anti Gandhi and Nehru posts. They blame Gandhi responsible 4 partition of country and also being a womaniser who slept naked with Manuben ( india today published the extracts of her diary depecting her relations with gandhi) . My friends just listen to yr conscience and think did his being a womaniser affected the country in any way. Didn’t he had a privacy which must be respected. He was never in the favour of partition and said divide me first b4 dividing the nation. He always preached about communal harmony. It was he who prevented another communal riot in slums of Kalcutta. He dared to live in that riot stuck slum of kalcutta known as closest proximity to hell. He withdrew his non cooperation movement ony to prevent another jalianwala massacer. It was he who led the freedom movement and when he succeeded was betrayed by all (even by us when u se such offencive posts). People blame him 4 partition but let me tell u this one India never existed. Mountbatten had no choice but to divide india into 12 parts! But it was Nehru who cnvinced to divide it into three parts and merge all princely states into ind and pak. Even today just withdraw all police and miltary 4 one day and u will find 50 more independent states. Wasn’t it a big achivement to save our nation fro further fradmentation. Leaders r also humans and to err is human. Fascists blame gandhi 4 supporting muslims and convincing govt to pay 65 cr to pakistan as relief funds. If the find such thing so offencive and considered hinduism is nationalism doen’t it proved that demand of pak was right. Its reall very unfortunate to see people cursing and abusing this naked fakir and considering a fascist murderer Nathuram their hero and believe that gandhi deserved the fate he met.

Naxal Massacer

Recently maoists massacered thirty congress leaders and party workers including Mahendra Karma who was the main target. Media and politicians believe its the biggest maoist attack till now even bigger than 78 CRPF men killed in 2012 after all they were no polititions and merely following orders (See the class difference).
After this attack all the political parties seem to agree at the point of suppressing the naxal movement in India. Again they are focusing on the symptoms and not the disease. The disease is poverty, lack of infrastructure and ignorance of govt prevailing in the rural areas of country and and its outcomes are in form of Naxalism And Maoism. For the govt these tribals who constitute a total of 8.5% of Indian population are only liabilities and they want to displace these people in order to get their mineral rich land to sell it to MNCs.
Why do you think these tribals would remain loyal to a govt who can’t even provide them schools and hospitals and merely forcing these people to leave their lands. Maoists blame Karma for killing one thousand tribals and raping their women. Why will not these people take arms and join the maoists after all what will any one do when the question of to be or not to be has to be answered ?
People who think that communists should peacefully protest against the imperialistic and supressive policies of govt should re considered their thought and just think what IAC have achived by peacefully protesting and fasting for Jan Lokpal bill???

Mother’s Day

“HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY TO ALL”
Now Can anyone explain to me why are we so much encouraged by the TV and Advertisements and radio and MNCs to celebrate such days lyk Mothers day, Fathers day, Daughters day and most impotently Valentines day.
Is the mass media and MNCs encouraging us to celebrate such “DAYS” just because they care or are they making “Fortunes” out of our “Sentiments”. Because these days r celebrated with adorable gifts, chocolates and cards (and these cards must b from Archies).
We are so blinded by materialism that we r expressing our love for our mother through pieces of papers. Just wake up and see that in this modern world even our sentiments are been capitalized. For them we are nothing but mere commodity for producing Capital. And today its our emotions which is generating profit for them.

Pokhran Tests of 1998

15 years ago on 11th may 1998 India conducted five nuclear tests to show its nuclear supremacy in the subcontinent (although such test was conducted by Smt Indira Gandhi earlier in 70s ). They say it was an attempt to bring peace in the region as China and Pakistan won’t be a problem for us as we are now a nuclear power. This was an act to bring peace in the region by intimidating neighboring countries. But guess what was the outcome of such peace initiatives : Pakistan carried on six nuclear tests within few days of our nuclear tests and within one year we had to face the “Kargil War”.

Fantasies and Beliefs

"Isn't it enough to see that a garden is beautiful without having to believe that there are fairies at the bottom of it too?"

These are the lines on the first page of Richard Dawkins famous book ‘The God Delusion’. Let me ask you a question how many of you have seen a real fairy? Well most of us haven’t and they will also say even that they do not believe in them. But don’t you think life would have been interesting if fairies, pixies, ghouls, ogres and monsters existed what if trees and animals talked and we could fly. You will think that all such things are insane as practically it never happens. But during our childhood days we were so found of fairy tales and fantasy stories. Even today in the deepest corner of our heart a small kid exists who always refuses to believe that fairies do not exist. We know that fairies do not exist but we want to believe that they exist. Remember the movie enchanted and its concluding song-

“Story books ending with fairy tales coming true
deep down inside we want to believe that they still do”

I know that I haven’t seen such thing but I always want to believe that fairies are born when the baby laughs for the first time and they protect them from all type of evil forces. Times have changed and now the Man has started questioning the supremacy of God and even his existence. If you will ask me I would say that I am a believer but it is also true that I rarely go to temples. We must keep god in our heart and soul and not just in idols. God loves those who unconditionally love him and not those who fear him. We all must become God loving men not God fearing men.
Personally I hate those people who pray to God in order to get something or to fulfill their wishes. God is not a shopkeeper who would grant us our wishes if we offer prayer to him. Even the Bhagvat says that that the bond love between God and devotee breaks the moment the devotee demands something in return of his prayers. Prayers should be offered to show affection to the almighty. Lord has created us he loves us and he takes care of us he would always be there to take care of us as he had send us to this mortal world for some purpose.
Don’t you think that even the idea that god will grant us our wishes if we pray to him is a sin. Wont God be deeply hurt when he sees people not loving him and praying him just to fulfill their selfish concerns. Only the Satan would be happy if people come trembling to him and start worshiping him out of fear.
